What do you think about S.haraldi seen on picture page 390?
or picture no.1 page 209 from Rio Branco region?

I had extensively answered this question, did it never get on? This is a fish from the Alenquer region, see my book page 199 photo 5.

Hello Heiko,
yes you did and I am very grateful for your answer. Thank you.

So Alenquer region you say, not what I suspected.
But I do see the corelation between my discus and yours shown in the "bibel".

What surprize me a lot is the color of my fish, but I think it's happy in my tank and therefore show excellent coloration.

Hi,

happy new year.

You should remember, many discus photographed in nature immediately after collecting or just placed into aquaria, show hardly the colour of what they really will have after acclimatised. I had guys who came back to me after 6 month and told "Heiko you must come and see the colour my wilds suddenly have, unbelievable..."

That is why I also wrote in my book DISCUS an average of time the wilds need to have their full colour.
