My fries and their evolution!

Post by Alex » 09 Mar 2008, 01:54

As I posted on the swedish part on this forum I will share some pictures on my very FIRST sucseeded diskus spawn!

The male is a cobalt and female a santarem, both from stendker.

They spawned january 2007, and now 1 year later they still are in my collection :):)

And none of the fryies is similar to the parents!

Yes Alex,

Most of them will be turquoises but there should be afew...maybe one to three pieces where the stripes are more closely grown...near to full colour.

Thanx Matte and mandisc! :hug1:

Andrew, so you mean that the stripes are going to dissapear and become like the father, solid turqoise?

Yes, but not most of them, only one or two or three pieces will be almost full colour when they grow to 18 months old....unless those few die off when they are still juveniles.

Take care,
